'Birdie', artist and cartoonist, has quickly established himself at the heart of racing through his brilliant, timely and clever cartoons on all aspects of horse racing. Initially using social media as an outlet for his talent, he very quickly began to appear on TV drawing live on AT The Races, ITV Racing, Channel 4 Racing and Racing UK.

You may have seen him over the past few years working at venues such as the Cheltenham Festival, The Epsom Derby, The 2000 Guineas at Newmarket and The Irish Grand National at Fairyhouse. His almost daily take on current races, places and faces, has seen his star rise, leading to private commissions for some of racing's key players, a book published by the Racing Post and Birdie murals at yards and racecourses across the country. In June 2018 Birdie Racing Gifts was born allowing racing fans to purchase gifts of a huge range of Birdie favourites.
